Children

Tend creates a calm and playful place for children and families to access psychological health and wellbeing. We offer therapy and assessment, working closely with families, childcare, kinder or schools, to be consistent across the child’s world.

  • Our approach is relational and trauma-informed, driven by the latest research in neurobiology. We are Circle of Security, Play Therapy and Family Therapy trained.

Young People

Tend supports young people’s mental health by offering safe, creative and engaging psychological therapy and assessment. Young people may not yet know their own strengths, potential or sense of self. In a fast-paced world, Tend provides a space to set young people on a path of emotional, psychological and relational wellbeing.
